Cancellation and Reimbursement Policies

Terms and Conditions.

At any time the user can cancel the requested services, being entitled to the refund of the amounts paid, but must indemnify Auyantepuy Travel Agency as follows: If the cancellation or change of date is made 4 weeks before the start of the trip, You must pay 25% of the total cost.

If the cancellation or change of date is made between 29 and 16 days before the start of the trip, you must pay 35% of the total cost.

If the cancellation or change of date is made between 15 and 10 days before the start of the trip, you must pay 50% of the total cost.

If the cancellation is made within 10 days before the start of the trip, the expenses will be variable and may reach up to 100% of the total value of the program, this depends on the type of itinerary, the change requested to the program, the services that have already been paid and of the Tourist Season in which it is taking place
trip.

If at the beginning of the trip THE CUSTOMER does not appear before the respective travel operator and in our offices has not received notice of his absence, THE CLIENT will not be entitled to any refund.

Notification and Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted only when THE CLIENT communicates it in writing (email) to Auyantepuy Travel Agency. The client will receive an acknowledgment of receipt for the requested cancellation.

Important, if in the term of 48 hrs. THE CUSTOMER has not received an email Accusing Letter Receipt – Annulment, must forward it to get a response from our offices, otherwise the Cancellation will not be valid.

Closed Excursions

The Excursion Packages to Los Roques and Canaima are NON END / NON REF / NON TRANSFER
(non-endorsable, non-refundable, non-transferable).

The date of the tour can only be changed if it is notified at least 10 days before the start of the tour.

Hotels

Given the characteristics of the contracts with the hotels at tour operator rates, the unused nights are NOT REIMBURSABLE.

Refunds

In case of reimbursement, all operating expenses by bank transfer will be charged to the account of THE CLIENT and it will be made 30 days after the scheduled start date of the trip.

E-tickets

To get the cheapest fare, we book flights in a promotional class (when there is availability). These promotional rate tickets are usually NON END / NON REF / NON TRANSFER. (non-endorsable, non-refundable, non-transferable).

On the other hand, if the CLIENT decides not to travel and the e-tickets or electronic tickets have already been issued, the return must be requested directly from the airline and not from the Travel Agency.
